SMOOTHIE WITH FRUITS AND VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened/plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 whole ripe banana
  • 1 whole carrot (washed and chopped into large)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup water or juice
  • (Add what you have on hand or your favorite fruits/veggies. Fruits/veggies can be fresh or frozen.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all items in a blender.
  2. Blend until fully incorporated, stopping to stir or add more water or juice as needed.
  3. Serve right away or cover and store in refrigerator.
