SMOOTHIE WITH FRUITS AND VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened/plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 whole ripe banana
- 1 whole carrot (washed and chopped into large)
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup water or juice
- (Add what you have on hand or your favorite fruits/veggies. Fruits/veggies can be fresh or frozen.)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all items in a blender.
- Blend until fully incorporated, stopping to stir or add more water or juice as needed.
- Serve right away or cover and store in refrigerator.
