Mango Yogurt Toast

INGREDIENTS
(For 1 original serving)
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mango diced
- 16 sprigs mint torn
DIRECTIONS
- Warm bread or toast in a toaster. Apply yogurt followed by the mango, then top with torn mint.
