Grilled sirloin and veggies

- 8 ounces sirloin steak
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 portobello mushroom sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 dashes salt
- 2 dashes pepper
DIRECTIONS
Steak
- Heat a grill pan, or pan over medium heat. Sprinkle both sides of the steak with salt and pepper and half the oil.
- Add steak to grill, and cook 7-10 minutes on each side, or to desired degree of doneness. Meat should be cooked to 145° F when checked with a meat thermometer. Let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.
Veggies
- Toss veggies with the remaining oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Grill the onion for about 5 to 7 min on each side until it begins to caramelize; the zucchini and mushroom for about 7 minutes; and about 8 to 10 minutes for the bell peppers
