GREEK YOGURT DIP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley or cilantro

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small serving bowl.
  2. Allow to rest 15 minutes at room temperature before serving, to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Serve with cut-up veggies.
