GREEK YOGURT DIP
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley or cilantro
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small serving bowl.
- Allow to rest 15 minutes at room temperature before serving, to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with cut-up veggies.
