Mango Yogurt Toast

INGREDIENTS

(For 1 original serving)

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1?4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 16 sprigs mint torn

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Warm bread or toast in a toaster. Apply yogurt followed by the mango, then top with torn mint.
